From Deaconess Michele

In Praying Communion with God

In my last article, I ponder upon discipleship being a way of living. Jesus showed us how to live. We just need to follow his example.

Follow Jesus.

He was in constant prayer with his Father.

He was teaching about himself and the Truth to his disciples each day. This means us!

He showed his willingness to serve and “not to be served”.

Back to School at St. Peter’s!

Our Kindergarten–8th grade students and one of our GSRP preschool classes started school last week! It was wonderful to see both new and returning faces filling the hallways once again. We’re excited for a great school year filled with learning, growing, and making memories together!

Our remaining preschool classes will begin on August 31. We can’t wait to welcome even more of our youngest Cougars to campus!

From ECC Director, Melody Copus

It’s not goodbye to summer—it’s a “see you soon!” here at the ECC!

We’re busy preparing our kiddos for moving up to their new classrooms, welcoming new families, and creating exciting new goals for the year ahead. We’re so excited to share that we are full in all of our classes except for our 3-year-old, 3/4-year-old, and a few remaining spots in GSRP!

There is so much to look forward to this year! We’re getting excited for our Walk-a-Thon, planning our trip to the apple orchard, and most importantly, getting ready to make new friends and create lots of wonderful memories together.

Here’s to a new school year filled with growth, friendship, faith, and fun! We can’t wait to see what this year brings!
