Did you miss our May 4th UP3 event? We have another opportunity for you to get the information you need to deliver a great Scouting program!

You are invited to the upcoming Unit Program Planning Party (also called UP3). UP3 is an annual event geared towards providing unit leaders and volunteers with information you can use to develop your unit calendar and to offer ideas for fun meetings and outings.

This year’s event is on Wednesday, June 7 from 7:00 to 8:30 at the Heart of Virginia Council Leadership Center. There are over 20 Scouting program areas represented including a Cub Scout Midway with activity ideas for Pack meetings. We will also have scouting friendly vendors that offer community outreach and are looking to make connections for service projects.

Youth are also welcome to attend UP3. There are a lot of fun things to do at UP3: try your luck in the Lego derby & rain gutter regatta, check out the model trains, talk with Henrico Fire and check out their apparatus, get an ice cream from Richlands Dairy, and more! We’ll also have door prizes for those who return a completed survey!
