The Motorcoach Political Action Committee (PAC) has been very active in Harrisburg over the past year. This past year has been a very successful one for our industry! In order to keep these victories coming we need your financial leadership today!
Below are a few of the victories that our industry was able to accomplish this year:
- The defeat of PennDOT’s plan to toll 9 candidate bridges throughout the Commonwealth.

Temporary suspended the 2% biodiesel content mandate for diesel fuel from June 27th, 2022, to August 26, 2022.
- Legislation was passed to help modernize the Motor Safety Carrier Advisory Committee to ensure that the committee is ready for any future challenges that may beset our industry.
- Snow and Ice legislation was signed into law that will help to protect the public, motorcoach operators and motorcoach companies.
- Legislation was passed to require PennDOT, to provide no less than four renewal periods per year and authorize the Department to prorate registration payments as they create the new expiration dates.
PA Motorcoach PAC will continue to advance the industry’s agenda and push for positive change, but your individual financial commitment to Motorcoach PAC is needed today.
