The CANNT Board has been hard at work! We're excited to share our ongoing efforts to strengthen collaborations with our nephrology partners. A key milestone this year is our upcoming joint conference with CANSW, which marks a significant step forward in expanding our reach and enhancing the program. We’re eagerly anticipating the conference and the opportunity to explore our specialties further.
We're also in the process of developing a new website that will better reflect our mission and values. This platform will offer a dedicated space for our specialties to connect and engage, and it will include a regional forum to spotlight what’s happening across the country.
We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate our friend and colleague, Jovina Bachynski, CANNT Journal Co-Editor, for presenting and passing her PhD Nursing thesis Exam Breaking Through the Glass Ceiling – Having That Conversation: A Constructivist Grounded Theory Study Exploring the Experiences of Nephrology Nurses’ Practice in Kidney Supportive Care in Canada.
