"
Every time I see your Southern Door students, in athletics, and now today in music, they always represent your school with such class. I don't always see that in other settings."
.
Dear Southern Door Community,
The above quote was from a gentleman and his wife from another part of the state, who are now retired and living in Door County. They had just experienced the wonderful concert this past Monday night, which featured the UW-Milwaukee Chorale, Sturgeon Bay choir, and our own Southern Door choir. Whether it is the day-to-day activities in the classroom, involvement in co-curricular events, or outreaches of community service, it is a privilege to serve a school community where our students and staff are such great ambassadors for our school and its many proud traditions.
Next Wednesday is Administrative Professional's Day, or better known as Secretary's Day. Please take time this coming week to send a thank you or express your appreciation to our hard-working clerical staff. They do such an awesome job supporting our students and staff. Working side by side with our administrative team and other staff, their dedication, passion, and expertise, help to make our community Eagle Proud and Eagle Strong!
Have a wonderful Easter holiday with your family and friends!
Patti
Patricia Vickman, Superintendent
