A Morning on the Lake

Our lake outing this past month was a huge success!

Of course it's the beautiful weather. And the snacks. And the calm, peaceful morning at the lake.

But even more than that, it is the laughter and connection. Learning who loves to ride roller coasters and who has an affinity for jazz music. Who knows the best remedies for leg cramps and the best place to grab a cocktail locally.

It's figuring out that past life adventures intertwine with one another's stories. And feeling excited and expectant in planning the next fun thing that allows us to show up just as we are, where we are right now. And finding community in the still small moments of a Saturday morning.

Thanks to our precious volunteers Corey and Christy Rosinsky. And a huge appreciation to All Seasons Marina for helping us make this lovely outing possible.

We hope you'll join us soon. We will save a seat for you!
