Statewide Bond Election Preview by School District

Early voting is already underway in communities across Texas leading up to Election Day on May 2, 2026.

Across 74 Texas school districts, voters are considering a total of 125 bond propositions totaling $12.5 billion.

To keep you informed, we track and report the details of each bond election. If you notice any bond elections missing from this list, please let us know. Texas School Coalition will report the results of these elections to members shortly after the election occurs on May 2, 2026.

In comparison to the May 2025 election, there were 86 school districts presenting 161 propositions for consideration in the amount of $12.8 billion. In that election cycle, 132 propositions passed totaling $11.6 billion.
