She had been a part of Parc Center for Disabilities' adult day training program on the cleaning crew, showing up every day with her quiet determination and a willingness to learn. But Michelle had her sights set on something more: competitive employment, stability, and the confidence that comes from knowing you can stand on your own two feet.
