In early June, Builder Captain, Landmark Builders, AMI Housing (AMIH), and HomeAid Sacramento celebrated the kickoff of the garage conversion at AMIH’s “Pioneer Place” in Auburn. The project has made fantastic progress under Landmark's leadership, as well as the efforts of Pegos, Capital City Drywall, and NewWrx Plumbing.

When the project is completed, AMIH will have two additional beds to add to its supportive housing at Pioneer Place that serves individuals who would otherwise be homeless and who have a severe and persistent mental illness.
