Hi CVYO Families!
We miss you all!
This week, Mr. Benson and Mrs. Sanchez have joined together to send you a special message and a TED Talk every musician and parent should listen to. Plus a fun challenge and a
couple of musical Mad-Libs!
We hope you are all well, staying safe and playing your instruments!
Join Mr. Benson, Mrs. Sanchez and Michael Tilson Thomas for a TED Talk episode about the “What and how of classical music.”

If you’re feeling silly, print out these musical Mad-Libs for some fun! We would love to see what you come up with so send your completed Mad-Libs to contact@cvyo.org.
And while you’re at it, send us your stay at home hair dos too-we'll post them on Instagram for fun!
For those who missed it:
From our living rooms to yours
CVYO brings you the first movement of Beethoven's 7th Symphony performed by CVYO Virtuosi from their homes.

Under the guidance of Associate Conductor, Alexander Tseitlin, our musicians have been working on this special project since
social distancing began.

We are hoping it will bring a little cheer to everyone while we wait to see each other again!

Bravo to CVYO Virtuosi and to Mr. Tseitlin!

Please share the joy with as many friends and family through social media and e-mail as you can. The video is up on our Instagram page @cvyo, and our Facebook page.
All CVYO Musicians!

Rehearsals are suspended until further notice and we miss every one of you! Please look for an email from our Directors weekly.

Stay safe and enjoy the time with your family and with your instruments!
