Greetings!

As I continue writing this series on Our Sexual-Selves, I find myself reflecting on some of the same questions I am inviting you to explore. One in particular has stayed with me: Is it what we experience that shapes our sexual-self, or the meaning we give to what we experience?

Two people can live through similar experiences and come away believing very different things about their bodies, desirability, pleasure, intimacy, and what they are allowed to want.

That is at the heart of my newest article, How Our Sexual-Selves Are Formed. As you read, I invite you to think about your own story. And when you reach the reflection questions at the end, take a few quiet minutes with them. One of your answers may uncover a belief about yourself that you have carried for years without ever wondering where it came from.

I would genuinely love to hear what you discover.

Warmly,

How Our Sexual-Selves Are Formed

Your sexual history and your sexual-self are not quite the same thing. Our history is made of experiences, while our sexual-self includes the meanings we gradually made from them. In my new article, I explore how scripts, culture, and even what was never said can shape the story we carry, and I share a short reflection to help you notice which parts feel authentically yours.

Co-Dependent… No More!!!

There comes a point when constantly putting others first begins to feel less like love and more like losing yourself. This group is a space to gently shift that pattern.

Together, we focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, your voice, your boundaries, and your body. Female sexuality is not just about desire; it is about feeling safe, valued, and free to express what you truly want.

What We Cover:

  • Co-dependency
  • Self-esteem
  • Sexual difficulties
  • Assertiveness
  • Sexuality
  • Healthy relationships
  • Authenticity

This is not about becoming less caring. It is about becoming more connected to yourself.
