Held at Boca West Country Club, the event was attended by nearly 300 high-profile guests, including government officials, prominent business leaders, influential community members, and supporters of the Boca Chamber.

"Those who know the Kayes as “community connecteurs” will say that their 'special ingredient' combines their "561 Authority" knowledge,

established relationships, and expert public/private matchmaking that always produces impactful reciprocity.

They are also known

for initiating critical transformational community conversations, and for always "talking the talk, and walking the walk" when rallying for advocacy and support."

WITH OUR DEEPEST GRATITUDE TO YOU...

Clients, Partners & Supporters

As PR & Marketing professionals whose sole mission is to put other brands in the spotlight, we are humbled to receive this coveted award spotlight…and now be added to the impressive roster of annual awardees ...many brands we have represented and/or collaborated with through our 27 years.

To those who have entrusted us with your business and nonprofit brands…we share this honor.

To those who engaged us to help create, launch, and revitalize your brandyour journey has been part of our journey.

To the iconic brands who tapped us to help transition them through new ownerships and management teams, and/or reposition themselves for future generations we appreciate being part of your trailblazing growth.

To those who joined us to help break through traditional barriers

you too have been part of our rich tapestry. We thank you for helping initiate, activate, and amplify critical community conversations on sensitive, and sometimes uncomfortable topics. These have included mental health awareness, Holocaust education, and supporting those most vulnerable.

To all those who partnered with us on public-private engagement, always stepping up and showing up with, "How can we help?” Please know that through the years …together we have helped make Boca Raton a great place in which to live, work, play, visit, learn, and heal.

We also thank those who have been brave by taking “a leap of faith” with us…to help build never-before experiences for our community that have become annual Boca traditions.

We will never forget who brought us to the dance (The Boca Raton Resort & Club), and all those who have helped keep us on the dance floor for 27 years so that we could forge indelible imprints and impacts. KCOM-PR’s membership and involvement in the Boca Chamber going on 27 years has helped us launch our firm and establish our brand and grow relationships.

We are proof that you CAN be married AND work together successfully

as long as you respect one another’s values and strengths …share the same priorities and goals…and laugh a lot.

“What are we most proud of?”

There has been a lot in 27 years. Among them…

  •  Creating and driving hundreds of public-private partnerships that have helped build businesses while uplifting the community.

  • Being part of the iconic, retained to represent some of Boca’s

treasured assets:

  • Being tapped by the City of Boca Raton for the re-branding, revitalization, and repositioning of Downtown Boca. We love driving around Downtown Boca and seeing our logos featured on banners, signage, and destination marketing.

  • Being retained for the re-branding of “The Pink Plaza” as it transitioned into the vibrant mixed-use village of Royal Palm Place that resulted in it being home to the first and only statue of Addison Mizner in Boca, standing proudly atop Royal Palm Place village clock tower to officially serve as the southern entrance of Downtown Boca.

  • Representing the Boca Raton Resort & Club, spanning 23 years ... working through four ownerships, and seven management teams through to its debut as The Boca Raton

  • Serving as the corporate communications department for a Boca-headquartered hospital company Promise Healthcare, which grew from six specialty hospitals to 21 hospitals in eight states.

  • Helping to engage the community and media in high-profile events that garner national spotlight, such as the ESPN RoofClaim.com Boca Raton Bowl and the PGA Champions Tour Tournament at The Old Course at Broken Sound (both for nine consecutive years each).

THE KAYE COMMANDMENTS

Through the years we followed what we like to refer to as our Kaye Commandments

  1. Always remember that people do business and engage with those they know, like, and trust.
  2. Always be seriously strategic, in both life and business.
  3. Embrace “change”… don’t fear it. The next chapter may be your best yet.
  4. If you don’t control your narrative, someone else will.
  5. Always be candid in counsel… it’s important to tell clients what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. It averts crises and saves costly tunnel vision.
  6. Words matter; always write “right with defining and authentic original content.
  7. It's not what you say, but how you say it that is the game-changer.
  8. Nothing replaces in-person interaction.
  9. Kindness is NOT a weakness...it is always a superpower in both biz and life.

10.

Our final Kaye Commandment sums up our core philosophy.

It's simple.

It’s something our good friend Gary Lesser of the Lesser, Lesser, Landy & Smith law firm told us the first time we met to discuss representing his firm.

"When good people get together ... good things happen."
