- Click on “Forgot your Username?” or “Forgot your Password?” and follow the prompts.

How to Register for a 7-week Study Group:
- If you register for a 7-week study group, you may register for a second 7-week study group based on availability. Because the registration system does not recognize 1/2 credits, the office will have to assist with registering you for an optional second study group per the instructions below:
- Register yourself for one 7-week study group.
- If you wish to take a second 7-week study group, email the OLLI office with your choice:
- olli@northwestern.edu (Please provide two or three options.)
- Your second group can be the other half of the term or same half of the term.
- OLLI staff will register you for your second 7-week study group as quickly as possible and in the order received.
- If your 1st choice is filled you will be added to the wait list. OLLI staff will then attempt to register you for your 2nd choice. If it is also full, you will be added to that wait list as well.
- You will receive an automated email notifying you of the status (registered or waitlisted).
Waitlists:
- Popular study groups fill very quickly. If you do not get your first choice, you may add your name to the waitlist. Often a few seats become available in the drop/add process.
- We encourage you to also register for an open study group in case the waitlisted group does not become available.
- Make a list of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices to prepare for the possibility of being waitlisted.
- If your waitlisted group does become available, we will reach out to you to determine if you want to switch.
- If your waitlisted group does not become available, we will not contact you. We are sure you will still have a wonderful experience this semester. Sometimes it’s the second or third choices that are pleasant surprises, as they broaden your interests and your circle of friends!

Northwestern School of Education and Social Policy
Life-Span Development Lab Study on Married Couples
The Life-Span Development Lab is studying emotional regulation in married couples aged 60-80. The study will take place in their lab on Northwestern University’s Evanston campus and will last about three hours. You will engage in three conversations about your relationship experience, complete some questionnaires, and they will collect physiological data by attaching sensors that measure your body signals. These sensors are non-invasive and easily removable. They will also record video of you. At the end of the session, you'll have the opportunity to tell them how you would like them to use the videos.
Both spouses will be compensated $75 each for participating.

Announcing the 2025–2026 Season at the Virginia Wadsworth Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts!
This season, Wirtz celebrates stories of individual courage—characters who rise against the systems that seek to silence them.
| |
- The season opens with Doctor De Soto, William Steig’s whimsical tale brought to life through a dazzling mix of live-action, puppetry, music, and rhyme.
- Then, The Addams Family: The Musical brings Wednesday’s bold rebellion to the stage as she challenges her loving—but controlling—parents.
- In 2026, The Caucasian Chalk Circle takes the spotlight, exploring justice and sacrifice in a fractured world.
- Big business means big laughs in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, a sharp, satirical musical comedy about ambition, charm, and climbing the corporate ladder.
- The season closes with In the Time of the Butterflies, the powerful story of the Mirabal sisters’ resistance against dictatorship in the Dominican Republic.
