Beach Shuttle Schedule

Parking Lot Location Moves to Lot 6 Beginning Sunday April 14th

Reminder: Effective Sunday, April 14 – Sunday, April 21, 2019, the Beach Shuttle service which provides drop off to the Sea Pines Beach Club will move its pick up location to Lot 6.

Lot 6 is l ocated off of Greenwood Drive adjacent to the Lawton Canal Service Road entrance, across from Lawton Stables.

CBS TV Compound Closure Information

Planned road closure on Baynard Cove Road from Plantation Drive to Turnberry Lane in effect through April 25th

The Television Compound for the 2019 RBC Heritage Golf Tournament is located on Baynard Cove Road between Plantation Drive and Turnberry Lane.

There is currently a road closure on Baynard Cove Road from Plantation Drive to Turnberry Lane which is in effect through April 25th.

Opening Ceremonies - Monday, April 15th

Opening Ceremonies – 18th green – 10:00 am
Kick off the 51st annual RBC Heritage with the tradition of opening ceremonies and a parade, beginning at Liberty Oak at Harbour Town Yacht Basin and ending on the 18th green.
Defending Champion Satoshi Kodaira, Heritage Classic Foundation board members, volunteers and state dignitaries will march in the parade around Harbour Town Yacht Basin to the sounds of the Citadel’s Regimental Pipe Band.
Pro-Am Presented by Boeing – 11:30 am - 6:00 pm

Hangtag Distribution

Hangtags can be picked up at the Sea Pines CSA Administration Office at 175 Greenwood Drive (refer to CSA Office tournament hours listed above). For a full list of resticted roadways in Sea Pines that require a hangtag click here.

Construction and large delivery Restrictions during Heritage week

All construction activity within Sea Pines will be suspended during the week of the Heritage, this includes large truck deliveries. If you have questions or for special request please contact Sea Pines Security at 843.671.7170.

To ensure quorum for the annual meetings, please return your proxy to 175 Greenwood Drive, postmarked by April 22 ^nd in advance of the annual meeting.

IN PERSON SEATING IS SOLD OUT

We are limited by fire code to seating the first 315 property owners who reserved a ticket through our Event Brite registration system. As of Friday afternoon 4/5/19, in person seating for the Annual Meeting is sold out. Please join us via webinar.

Maintenance Department

Deer Island Bridge Staining To Be Rescheduled Due To Inclement Weather

Due to the inclement weather conditions this past week, our contractor has not been able to complete the staining of the Deer Island Bridge. We will reschedule this work to occur after the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament.
