FAMS: Register to Host a FAM Tour for Group Leaders! For offering a FAM, you will receive a free half-page color ad in the Marketplace directory. The last day to submit a FAM is December 31st.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• October 15, 2022 - Early Bird pricing expires.
• December 31, 2022 - Special Annual Conference discount code expires.
• December 31, 2022 - Last day to submit a Group Leader FAM Tour.
• January 1, 2023 - All Discount Pricing Ends.
• January 15, 2023 - Cancellation of a purchased booth for partial refund.
• January 31, 2023 - Last day for Operators to schedule a FAM Tour.
• February 15, 2023 - Registration and Sponsorship opportunity deadline (for guaranteed placement on floor and the Marketplace directory).
• March 21, 2023 - Holiday Inn Morgantown hotel overnight room deadline.
