We are thrilled to announce the launch of our 2025-2026 season and invite you to reconnect, get inspired, and be a part of the excitement as we set the tone for Season 9.

Whether you’re passionate about volunteering or inspiring change, there’s a place for you to jump in and shine. Let’s come together to create meaningful moments and lasting impact—because together, we can do more.

Please mark your calendar for this chance to unite, share fresh ideas, and make this season our best yet!

The Ripple Effect

As summer winds down, the energy at Impact100 Martin is ramping up! Between our Meet & Mingles, Impactful Conversations, See Your Impact events, quarterly Book Club, weekly Golf Outings, Happy Hours, and committee activities, there are so many ways to connect. I encourage you to try at least one event or activity this year that’s new to you.

Let me share a moment that truly moved me. After attending a See Your Impact event, one of our members told her husband about the experience. Inspired, he brought a friend to tour the nonprofit. That simple visit sparked something bigger. They became mentors, hosted an event for the teens, and invited their own friends to join in (yes, my husband and I were lucky to be among them). The joy on the teens’ faces—cheering for their mentors with pure enthusiasm—brought tears to my eyes. These connections, these moments of joy and transformation, are the ripple effect of Impact100 Martin.

Earlier in my career, I taught courses based on the Search Institute’s Developmental Assets Framework. One of the most powerful assets? Supportive relationships with caring adults outside their family. That’s exactly what you’re helping create. Through your generosity, thousands of children in our community are gaining access to mentors, resources, and programs that help them grow. Whether or not you’ve met the children we serve, you are part of their story.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. Let’s keep the momentum going. Invite a friend to join us this season and help us turn these ripples into a tidal wave of good for our beloved community.

Make each day count,

Season 9 to Date

Together, we are creating positive, lasting change through collective giving.

The Membership Committee is focused on member retention as we move into Season 9 (2025-2026). We’re off to a great start with 48 members already committed toward our goal of 550 members. If we get to 550, we will be able to award five $100,000 Impact Grants in April 2026!

RENEW! RENEW! RENEW!

More than 50 members from last season are currently past due for renewal. Please renew your membership now so your Membership Team has an accurate count!

We Need You!

We’re always looking for new volunteers to join the Membership Committee.

If you have an interest in helping out, please contact Judy Zanchi at (678) 231-6511 or Sarah Murphy at membership@impact100martin.org.

If our new board member, Sarah Murphy, isn’t working as a firefighter and paramedic on a 24-hour shift at the Delray Beach Firehouse, she is still sprinting. She followed in her father’s footsteps as a firefighter after graduating with a degree in psychology from the University of Louisiana Monroe and a brief stint in the world of finance and has been a dedicated first responder for 22 years.

This lifelong Floridian met her husband, Rich, who was a Fire Chief, while “on the job” and has raised four children, one of whom is now a firefighter as well.  Additionally, Sarah enjoys tennis, pickleball, golf, and is an inveterate traveler.  There have been many visits to Ireland, where her husband’s family has roots, and she once spent two months in Barbados during the COVID-19 pandemic while visiting her friend, Judy Zanchi. We can add that she is currently in the midst of renovating her home.

Fortunately, Sarah is a very social being and delights in enabling personal connections.  Judy invited her to attend an Impact100 event just before the Grants Ceremony four years ago, and Sarah never looked back.  She and Judy partnered to become the Community Chairwomen in Harbour Ridge and grew that community’s membership from 7 to 114.  They were not content with this achievement, however, and have joined the Board as Membership Co-Chairs with the goal of organizing the 16 communities represented in Impact100 into subgroups that can share more in-depth and intimate experiences – and attract others to our group’s shared vision of women’s empowerment and philanthropy. Sarah also finds time to attend many of the events organized by our grant awardees and supports each of them.  We are fortunate that she has shared her gifts with us, and she has become an important comrade.

Let’s expand our reach and continue creating lasting change—together.

We are so grateful to our sponsors – without them we could not exist.

We are a very lean organization and operate very frugally. We will ALWAYS give 100% of the $1,000 we collect from every woman to our nonprofits in the form of grants.

Operating our organization comes with expenses ranging from paid professional services, website and contact management system expenses, insurance, printing, and many other costs. While the $100 administrative fee that we ask every member to pay goes a long way to offset these expenses, it does not cover all of our expenses and that is where SPONSORSHIPS come in.

Our sponsorships are designed to be marketing and advertising opportunities for businesses and professionals and range from $750 to $5,000. Think of businesses you use…medical professionals, financial and insurance advisors, business owners for whom a group of more than 500 dedicated philanthropic women is an ideal target market…and ask then to consider partnership with Impact100 Martin as a sponsor.

If you have any questions or would like someone else to approach a business, please call our Impact100 Martin number, (772) 245-7770, and leave a message so we may contact you.
