A Note from the Principal

It is hard to believe we have reached the end of the first quarter! The first nine weeks have certainly flown by! I hope all of our Saint Ann families enjoy the long weekend, as we have no school tomorrow. As we prepare to begin the second quarter, I have a few important reminders to share.

Important Reminders

  • Cold Weather Uniforms: Beginning Monday, October 26, we will transition to our cold weather uniforms. Please take a few minutes to review the uniform requirements in our Family Handbook, linked below. Students have received reminders from their teachers and during morning announcements. We recognize that parents are responsible for purchasing uniforms, which is why we have included weekly reminders since the beginning of the school year. Beginning Monday, ALL uniform items requiring a school logo must have the Saint Ann School logo. Communion of Saints and non-logoed uniform tops will no longer be permitted. Thank you for your cooperation as we complete this transition!

  • First Quarter Report Cards: Report cards will be available on Digital Academy next Thursday after school. All parents are REQUIRED to review their child's report card and electronically sign in Digital Academy to acknowledge that it has been viewed. Please take time to discuss your child's progress, celebrate successes, and set goals for the second quarter. If you have issues logging in, please contact the school office.

  • Lunch Orders: It is VERY important that families place lunch orders through Digital Academy. While every student will receive a lunch, our cafeteria staff depends on accurate orders to ensure enough food is prepared each day. Please remember to click "CHECK OUT" when placing your order. If you do not complete this final step, your child's lunch order will not be saved.

  • Parking Lot Safety: Your children rely on adults to get them to and from school safely, and our Saint Ann staff relies on those adults to drive with caution and follow our parking lot procedures. It is imperative that EVERY adult driving in our school parking lot, at ANY time, exercises extreme caution and follows all established traffic and safety guidelines. Please slow down, remain alert, follow the designated traffic patterns, and be mindful of children and staff walking through the lot. Saving a few minutes is never worth putting someone's safety at risk. The safety of our students, families, and staff must ALWAYS be our priority. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping everyone safe.

As we close out our first quarter, I want to thank our families for your continued support and partnership. A successful school year takes all of us working together, and I am grateful for the commitment you show to our students and our Saint Ann community.

Enjoy the long weekend, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back on Monday as we begin a great second quarter!
