2026–2027 9% LIHTC QAP
The first draft of the 2026–2027 9% LIHTC QAP can be found on the Ohio Housing Finance Agency's (OHFA's) website here.
OHFA will accept comments on the draft through 5 p.m. on Friday, August 1, 2025. Feedback and comments may be submitted in writing to QAP@ohiohome.org.
A public hearing on the draft 2026–2027 9% LIHTC QAP will be held in July. Information on this hearing will be sent in a separate notice. Updated maps with the Urban Institute data will be coming soon at the link above.
