Steve LeBlond has more than two decades of experience in healthcare technology leadership, including executive roles at Sutter Health and Ochsner Health. He has a proven track record of aligning technology investments with enterprise objectives, improving operational resilience and advancing patient safety. At Sutter Health, he served as vice president and chief operating officer for the digital division, and at Ochsner Health, he directed large-scale IT transformations, Epic EHR implementations and enterprise cybersecurity programs.

LeBlond’s career began after military service, progressing through telecommunications and networking roles with AT&T in San Francisco. LeBlond holds an MBA from the State University of New York and professional certifications including PMP, CISSP, and CRISC. He is also an Amazon Web Services – Health Management Academy Technology Fellow, focusing on analytics, AI and healthcare digital innovation.
