Hello PRCA Family,
2021, we have finally arrived! After a tumultuous year with monumental challenges and historic moments occurring almost daily, it is good to begin a new year. New year, new goals, new outlook. However, the pandemic lingers, and it seems like much of the same.
With this in mind, we hope to be a resource to you and your career this year. We are thankful to the 2020 board that served amid unknowns and pivoted daily. Thank you, Melissa, for your leadership in the most memorable year ever. And, thank you to the 2021 board for agreeing to serve public relations professionals as we seek to learn and grow this year.
We have virtual learning opportunities planned through late spring, plus exciting social opportunities for those comfortable venturing out. Our VP of projects has devised ways to give virtually and serve the needs of the homeless in our community as Coronavirus continues to affect all of us. We have planned an internship roster to pair eager students with our member organizations, plus accreditation education opportunities for our members.
