Dear Partners,
We are excited to extend an invitation to you and your organization to attend the 6th Annual Foster Youth & Homeless Education Symposium. After two years of virtual gatherings, we are thrilled to be back in person and hosting the event at Quiet Cannon in Montebello, CA.
The event's theme is "Becoming a Catalyst for Change" as we focus on improving the academic and emotional success of our students in foster care and those with housing insecurity. We encourage Foster Youth Liaisons, Counselors, Social Workers, Probation Officers, Advocates, and other community partners to attend.
Please find the event details on the attached flyer or through the registration link. Your participation is important in making a positive impact on the lives of our students. We look forward to seeing you in person at Quiet Cannon on October 26, 2023.
Warm regards,
La Shona Jenkins, DSW, LCSW
