Better Built is a direct-hire initiative designed to complement the existing recruiting efforts of WWCCA contractor members. Project photoshoots help fuel the program's social media outreach, which generates leads from experienced field workers. Qualified candidates are added to an online portal where WWCCA contractor members can review profiles and connect with individuals who may fit their hiring needs.

Better Built is active in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Colorado. Be sure to share this resource with anyone at your company responsible for hiring field personnel.
