March Chronicle 2026

In a world that often feels heavy with uncertainty, challenge, and change, it can be easy to lose sight of what is still good. Every day, individuals and organizations alike are navigating rising costs, limited resources, and increasing demands. And yet, despite it all, good continues to show up. It shows up in small, quiet moments and in bold, collective action. It shows up in the commitment to care, to serve, and to keep going even when the path forward isn’t easy.

This is the kind of good that happens because of you.

The truth is, none of us can do this work alone. The ability to deliver good in our communities is rooted in connection—in neighbors helping neighbors, in partners stepping forward, and in the shared belief that what we do matters. Together, we create something stronger than any one challenge any of us may face.

This season, we are reminded that even in the most complex times, good is not only possible but extremely powerful. And it is made real, every single day, because of one another. Good Neighbor Health Clinic is a community cornerstone for those who need access to care and we are so thankful to have you be a part of our journey forward.

Wishing you a bright spring season,

Elizabeth R. Franson, MHA

CEO & Executive Director

March Health Holidays:

Oral Health Focus

The month of March allowed our organization to celebrate several staff members and volunteers. From Dental Assistant Recognition Week to National Dentist Day and World Oral Health Day, the oral health access provided by our organization was a key highlight to celebrate!

Highlighting Long-Time Volunteer

Dr. John Sanders

A recent review allowed us to reflect on the volunteer efforts of a long-time medical volunteer, Dr. Sanders. Over the past 14 years, Dr. Sanders has provided cost-free primary care while also educating the next generation of providers from Geisel Medical School.

The services our organization provides have grown substantially since then, all thanks to the generosity of our volunteers and supporters!
