Baycare EM Residency Program will welcome its first class of residents on July 1, 2025.

Our mission is to empower aspiring emergency medicine physicians through exceptional training, immersive hands-on experience, and dedicated mentorship. We prioritize excellence in clinical care, leadership, and innovation while promoting a culture of compassion and patient-centered care.

More than just physicians, we seek to develop leaders and advocates who will make a meaningful impact on both their communities and the broader healthcare landscape.

Program Benefits:

✔ Starting salary of $63,809

✔ $1,500 commencement bonus

✔ 25 days of paid time off (includes vacation, sick, personal days)
