Important announcement from Sea Pines CSA regarding the 56th Annual RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing

The RBC Heritage is taking place in Sea Pines from April 15-April 21, 2024. Please click here to review the list of restricted roads that will require a Heritage Hangtag from Monday, April 15 through Sunday, April 21 beginning at 6am each day and until the end of tournament play. Heritage Hangtags are not required after tournament play has ended for the day. To view a map of the Security Checkpoints, click here.

Please review the list of restricted roads prior to requesting Heritage Hangtags to determine if the rental property is in any of the restricted areas. To request a Heritage hangtag, visit seapinesliving.com/hangtags. If you manage multiple properties and would like to send a bulk request, please email the list of rental properties that you manage to securityadmin@csaseapines.com.

Please include the following with your bulk request:

• The name of the rental guest/assigned agent.
• The rental property address.
• The quantity of hangtags Sea Pines CSA are authorized to distribute for each property.
• Review the quantity of tournament hangtags that can be issued per rental property here.

Approved hangtag requests will be processed in the order that they are received. Once fulfilled, please allow up to 5 business days, an email will be sent to confirm pick up details.

RBC Heritage Road Closures

Click here to view a map that shows the road closures and restricted access areas located on Baynard Cove Road and on Plantation Drive (between Lighthouse Road and Baynard Park Road). Please refer to the restricted roads listed on the ‘Heritage Hangtag’ document that states “MAP*” and ensure any guests renting within this area receive the Restricted Access Map. Important Reminders:

• Sea Pines CSA cannot issue more hangtags than the quantity stated on the ‘Heritage Hangtag’ document. Additional vehicles may park at Lot 4 (enter on Governors Road) with the vehicle rental pass displayed on the dashboard. Overnight parking is permitted.
• Heritage Hangtags cannot and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Heritage Hangtags cannot be returned to Sea Pines CSA for any reason once they have been picked up. Sea Pines CSA will not accept or hold Heritage Hangtags for re-issue.
• If your rental will be occupied by different guests during the week of the tournament, it is the property owner’s responsibility to ensure the hangtags issued are returned to the property owner and re-issued to the next guests.

Housekeeping/Commercial Cleaning:

It is strongly recommended that Housekeeping Companies that require access to properties in the restricted areas on multiple days during the tournament week (Monday through Sunday), request a commercial service provider Heritage Hangtag online at seapinesliving.com/hangtags. Doing so will help to avoid delays when accessing those properties in the restricted areas during the week.

Sea Pines Trolley:

• The Sea Pines Trolley will provide trolley service to the RBC Heritage tournament from Monday, April 15 through Sunday, April 21 from 7am to 10pm.

The Sea Pines CSA office hours are extended to facilitate the distribution of Heritage Hangtags from Saturday, April 13th through Sunday, April 21st as follows:

• Saturday, April 13th: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Sunday, April 14th: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
• Monday, April 15th - Friday, April 19th: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• Saturday, April 20th: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
• Sunday, April 21st: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
