INSIDE THE BOX
Bring on That Team from New Jersey!
After conceding a heartbreaking late goal in Philly over the weekend and then having to play in Chicago tonight, DC United finally returns home on Sunday to take on its oldest and fiercest rival, the New York Red Bulls.

The Red Bulls are riding a three-match unbeaten run and are one spot above United in the Eastern Conference standings, but United banged in an MLS-record seven goals from seven different players the last time they played a league match at Audi Field. Here’s hoping the Black-and-Red can rekindle some of that magic from a few weeks ago and send the Red Bulls back to the swamps of Jersey with a big fat loss.

The match starts at 8:00 pm. Supporters’ section tickets are available at the SE webstore. Act now before they’re gone!

Tailgate with us at the Henson Center
Join us before the Red Bulls match for our tailgate at the Earth Conservation Corps’ Matthew Henson Center, two blocks from Audi Field at 2000 Half Street SW. The tailgate will start at 4:00 pm and close at 7:15 pm.

You can’t go to the match without stopping by our legendary tailgate, so come early to enjoy a fine selection of beer and soft drinks, the air-conditioned building, and the breezes on the deck overlooking the river.

2021 SE members drink for free, so please bring your membership cards to the Henson Center. Guests are always welcome and can join in the festivities by purchasing a one-day membership for $15 ahead of time online, or at the door (cash and credit accepted).
Call for Volunteers
Screaming Eagles depends on volunteers, and we could use a few hands to help make Sunday's tailgate a success. Can you spare an hour or two to help out? You can be a bartender and have a blast making new friends! Or take payments for membership, check IDs, or simply stack up the chairs at the end of the day. Every little bit helps.

Thank you in advance!

And the Winner is…
As you know, Coach Losada requested that each supporters' group provide a flag to travel with the team to away matches, and we asked you, our members, to come up with a design to remind the team of our support.

After receiving a number of submissions and opening voting up to our current members, who had a week to choose their favorite flag from a half-dozen finalists, we have a winner!

Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit designs and help select a winner.
Our Team. Each Other. Our Community.
