Dear Jason,

Welcome to our May 2024 newsletter! I hope this update finds you well, and I trust you'll enjoy the exciting news we have to share this month.

Drill season is coming up! We've recently completed a series of successful roadshows and productive meetings across Europe and the US, generating strong interest in the upcoming drilling programs at our Hot Breccia copper project in Arizona, and Palos Verdes, our silve project in Mexico. We look forward to sharing updates on our progress with our valued investors and supporters as we move forward.

With commodity prices on the rise, we believe it's the perfect time to advance a project like Hot Breccia. We will soon be drilling a very exciting copper target, located in a favorable jurisdiction. We anticipate receiving the necessary drill permits soon and will be ready to start drilling shortly thereafter. High-grade sampling results and the discovery of a large conductive feature, potentially a porphyry-skarn mineralized center similar to the Resolution deposit located 40 km north, reinforce our belief in Hot Breccia's potential as we move closer to drilling. We're excited to share more details below, so please keep reading!

With preparations underway, we anticipate launching an expanded drilling program this summer, targeting the Palos Verdes vein at depth with new holes to be drilled from concessions adjacent to ours, held by our strategic partner, Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSXV: VZLA). Recent positive results from our alteration study and geochemical sampling have further increased our confidence in the project's potential. You can find more details about this update in our February 6, 2024 news release.

Save the date for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on July 23, 2024! We have some exciting news to share and would love to see you there.

Thank you again for your continued support and interest in Prismo Metals. Stay up-to-date on our latest news and developments by following us on our website and social media channels.

Warm regards,

Hot Breccia (copper, Arizona, USA)

  • Upcoming Drilling Program: We intend to start drilling shortly after the permit arrives, which we anticipate receiving this June.

  • Encouraging Results from Sampling Program: Hot Breccia hosts hydrothermal breccia pipes originating from at least 1 km depth. These pipes incorporate a wide range of wallrock fragments, including a fragment of mineralized magnetite skarn that assayed 5.69% copper, 0.24 g/t gold, and 32.8 g/t silver. See our March 26, 2024 news release for more details.

  • Identification of a Large Conductive Anomaly: Our recent ZTEM geophysical survey has revealed a significant conductive feature adjacent to historical drilling, indicating a potential porphyry-skarn mineralized center similar to Resolution. The Resolution deposit, located 40 km from the Hot Breccia project, is one of the greatest copper discoveries of modern times. We engaged ExploreTech's xFlare AI technology to optimize our drill plan for this target and pinpoint where and at what depth to drill. See our March 4, 2024 news release for more details.

Palos Verdes (silver, Sinaloa, Mexico)

  • Expanded Drilling Program: We anticipate starting the expanded drilling program at Palos Verdes this summer, which will consist of approximately 3,600 meters across ten holes, to be completed in two phases. The new holes will be drilled from Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSXV: VZLA) concessions adjacent to the Palos Verdes concession, targeting the Palos Verdes vein at depth. See our February 6, 2024 news release for more information.

  • Positive Alteration Study & Geochemical Sampling: In preparation for the upcoming drilling, we conducted an alteration study & geochemical sampling. Findings indicate the potential for the mineralized shoot, previously defined by drilling on the west side of the property, to be truncated and offset downward along a cross fault, and that a second blind mineralized shoot may exist to the northeast along the Palos Verdes vein.

🤔 President Steve Robertson & Technical Advisor Dr. Peter Megaw discussing a breccia outcrop at Hot Breccia! Breccias are important vectors and guides in the exploration of porphyry deposits. In many cases, breccias we see at the surface represent portions of a much larger mineralizing system at depth!

💡Prismo's recent ZTEM survey at Hot Breccia revealed a large conductive feature, potentially a Resolution-like porphyry-skarn mineralized centre. Our President, Steve Robertson, shares his thoughts:

🎯Map showing surface projection of the ZTEM anomaly & the 0.5% Cu limit of the Resolution deposit. Hot Breccia ZTEM anomaly reveals a large conductive feature, with a footprint similar in scale to the Resolution deposit (40km north). Historic drilling intersected high-grade copper (>1% Cu) in this area.
