Ready to talk all things Chaffee Park, Sunnyside, Highland and Jefferson Park? You're in luck! Virtual discussions and in-person workshops are coming up to give community members a chance to talk through key issues and priorities for their neighborhoods.

If you don't have time to attend a community event--or even if you do--you can still take our online surveys, which focus on four key plan topics.

Whatever way works for you, be sure to weigh in at this important point of the planning process to help shape the draft recommendations that will eventually be the basis of the Near Northwest Area Plan. And encourage your friends and neighbors to do the same!

Use the links below to sign up for a time that works for you to attend drop-in workshops in your neighborhood and talk with city planners. Interpretation in Spanish will be provided at all events and times.

Community members can help start to shape the Near Northwest Area Plan by taking the following surveys, which use maps and visuals to collect information on the community's priorities and potential trade offs. Each survey will take about 20 minutes. Complete the ones that most interest you or all four of them!

About the Near Northwest Area Plan
The Near Northwest Planning Area is made up of the Northwest Denver neighborhoods east of Federal Boulevard: Chaffee Park, Sunnyside, Highland, and Jefferson Park. As part of the Neighborhood Planning Initiative, this project provides an opportunity to create a long-term vision for these neighborhoods that furthers citywide goals and priorities while addressing local neighborhood needs.
