Last call to vote

The clock is ticking. If your absentee ballot for the proposed amendment to the Ninth Amended & Restated Declaration is still sitting on your to-do list, here's your friendly nudge!

There's still time to review the proposed changes to parking, sidewalk accessibility, driveway modifications and vehicle restrictions, and submit your ballot.

Ballots must be received by Oct. 21, 2026.

You've got the weekend to make your decision. Don't let the deadline sneak up on you!

Every vote counts, and we'd love to count yours.

Evening watering is back

WTCPUA has officially moved from Stage 3 to Stage 2 watering restrictions as of Thursday, Oct. 15. And there's a little more wiggle room for those irrigation timers!

Watering is still limited to one day per week based on the last digit of your address, but you now have two watering windows to choose from:

  • Morning: 6 to 10 a.m.
  • Evening: 7 to 10 p.m.

Check out WTCPUA's latest update for the full watering schedule and details. Have questions? Contact their customer service at 512-263-0125.

Fall into water savings

Fall is officially here, even if Texas hasn't quite gotten the memo.

As temperatures begin to cool, your landscape may be ready for a little break from the sprinklers. Here are a few easy ways to save water without leaving your lawn high and dry:

  • Give those timers a tweak. Cooler temperatures mean your lawn may not need as much water. Time for a sprinkler schedule checkup!
  • Let Mother Nature help. A little rain might mean you can skip your next watering session.
  • Keep water where it belongs. Check for leaky sprinkler heads and make sure you're watering the lawn, not the sidewalk!

A little water-saving goes a long way! Check out WTCPUA's full list of fall conservation tips for more ways to save.

Napa's branching out

Well, that didn't take long! Remember those trees we teased last week? They've officially arrived at Napa Park. That's right, there are some new trees on the block, and LRI has been busy getting them settled into their new home.

It's getting a little leafier around here, and we're loving it. Stop by and check out the newest additions to the neighborhood.

Don't keep it a secret!

Our neighborhood garage sale is coming up Saturday, Oct. 24, and there's still time to get your home on the map.

Got stuff to sell? Add your home to the participating sales list so bargain hunters know where to find you.

Not selling? Help spread the word by sharing the event on social media and inviting your friends. The more shoppers, the merrier.
