If you’re looking for average training, this isn’t for you.
If you’re looking to separate yourself, dominate your position, and unlock opportunities most athletes only dream about — welcome to RV Lacrosse.
I’m Rachel Vallarelli — Team USA athlete, professional lacrosse player, and one of the first women in history to compete across men’s professional box lacrosse leagues. I’ve built my career by breaking barriers, competing at the highest levels, and proving that limits are meant to be rewritten. Now, I bring that same mindset to every athlete I train.
And I don’t just coach one level —
I’ve dedicated my career to teaching and developing athletes from kindergarten all the way through college and beyond.
From teaching a young athlete how to pick up a stick for the first time…
to guiding middle and high school players through the recruiting process…
to coaching at the NCAA Division I, II, and III levels — I understand what it takes at every stage of the journey.
RV Lacrosse isn’t just about reps — it’s about results.
We’ve helped place 50+ athletes into top collegiate programs and developed 100+ award-winning players, from youth beginners to NCAA standouts. But what truly sets us apart isn’t just the numbers — it’s the impact.
Families don’t just call me a coach — they call me a mentor, a guide, and a difference-maker in their athlete’s journey.
Because here’s the truth:
Anyone can run a drill.
Very few can develop the complete athlete — physically, mentally, and competitively — at an elite level, at every age.
That’s what we do every single day.
At RV Lacrosse, we’re powering performance and delivering dreams — from the very first pass to the college commitment and beyond.
Ready to take your game to the next level?
Let’s get to work.
