The San Antonio Apartment Association is taking a proactive approach to create a change in the San Antonio City Council and has chosen Sukh Kaur as their candidate for the District 1 seat. We are committed to helping Sukh Kaur get elected and strive to bring about positive, meaningful change.

Crime, Trauma Scene Safety and Legal Issues

Our Crime, Trauma Scene Safety, and Legal Issues Course is designed to prepare owners, management, maintenance, and on-site personnel on the proper and safest practices when dealing with a unit where blood, body fluids, or other biohazards have been discovered. We will also cover legal issues associated with the death of a resident, such as dealing with their personal property in the unit, communicating with family members, and protecting the community against potential claims.
