Old business –

  • Dog incident notification – Per Board directive, the dog incident was included in Email Blast covering Recap of the May 9 Regular Board Meeting, as first bullet point under new business item “Pet Policy”.
  • Dogs in the Hood – this informational topic was included in the Recap of the May 9 Board Meeting, to provide information about ordinances and contacts for animal issues.

New business –

  • Director Resignation - the Board voted unanimously to accept the resignation of Board Director Russell Martin, per his request of May 9.
  • Home Sale Fees - the Board discussed and approved an increase in the “Transfer Fee” amount (renamed as “Working Capital Fee”). The change was implemented in our CCRA Rules & Regulations as an update to Section 3a.
