As April winds down, we reflect on a month filled with meaningful recognition, community connection, and forward momentum. Every step we take is powered by your support, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
One of this month’s biggest honors was receiving the 2025 Excellence in Charity Award at the True Charity National Summit. Being recognized on a national stage for the work happening right here in Southeast Madison County was both humbling and inspiring. This award belongs to everyone who believes in and contributes to our mission- you’re the heart of The CARE Center!
While we celebrate this milestone, we’re also focused on what’s ahead. Planning is in full swing for our Gregg Berens Memorial "I Golf Because I CARE" Tournament on October 17, 2025. This annual event is more than just a fundraiser, it’s a day where generosity, fellowship, and fun come together to fuel the programs that serve our neighbors year-round.
