This project centers around the oldest building in Castle Rock. It was originally built in 1872 in New Memphis, CO and relocated to its current location on Perry Street in 1877. This historic structure will be restored and complemented by a newly constructed four-story boutique hotel offering 33 rooms, retail space, restaurant and rooftop bar.

We are thrilled to provide structural designs for such a historic landmark.
