Building Strength 101 | Registration Opens March 27
Back by popular demand, Building Strength 101 is a small group training program designed to empower you to feel comfortable lifting weights and building strength! Our nationally-certified trainers will lead you through the fundamentals of weight-lifting workouts, including squats, deadlifts, and more.
This program is exclusively available to Northwestern students and is centered around women and non-binary individuals, but all are welcome to enroll.
