Featured Artists:

May display: artists from the Rowley Council on Aging

Lisa Weagle is a local artist who teaches a painting class held once a month at the Council on Aging for members of the Rowley Council on Aging. This month the library walls will house the students' masterpieces. Please come by and check out the artwork. Who knows…maybe you will be inspired to take Lisa's class.

In the Display Case: Celebrating Rowley Seniors

The Rowley Council on Aging is celebrating Older Americans Month! In the next 25 years, 1 in 5 Americans will be an older adult. Check out all that your senior center has going on! You can also access their newsletter online on their page on the Town web site.

Would you like to share your art or collectibles with others?

We have been proud to show off so many local artists and collectors in the past! If you would be interested in displaying your work, hobby, or interest in the future, either on our walls or in our display case, please contact us.

MAY TEEN PROGRAMMING

Not sure what to read? Let us help!
If you're a teen between the ages of 13 and 18 and you have trouble figuring out what to read next, the Youth Services Department has a solution for you!

The YA LitCrate is a mystery box filled with books and goodies for you to enjoy! All you have to do is fill out a form to let us know what you enjoy reading, and we'll give you a call when it's ready to pick up.

The books and box must be returned, but the gifts inside are yours to keep!

Interested in participating? Look at our website here for more information on how to get your LitCrate!
