Winners of Resource for SEND 2026!

We are delighted to announce that Therapeutic Thinking was named Resource for SEND 2026 at the nasen Awards on Friday, 16th October. Having been nominated alongside a range of high-quality provisions, receiving this award reflects the hard work and impact of the schools and settings embedding the Therapeutic Thinking approach across their settings.

The evening was a truly inspiring celebration of inclusion and excellence in education. It was wonderful to spend the night surrounded by so many dedicated professionals and to celebrate the outstanding practice being delivered by all the nominees. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to nasen, the judges, and, most importantly, to all of you in our Therapeutic Thinking community. Your unwavering commitment to supporting young people's emotional well-being and inclusion makes achievements like this possible.

Welcoming the Elliot Foundation

We are delighted to welcome the Elliot Foundation as our newest collaborator.

As a trust with a shared commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting the emotional well-being of every child, their partnership marks an exciting milestone for our therapeutic family.

By joining forces, we look forward to expanding the reach of Therapeutic Thinking across their network of academies in East Anglia, London and the West Midlands, working together to foster relational, inclusive environments where both pupils and staff can thrive.

Therapeutic Thinking Ltd. offers consultancy, advice, and guidance to local authorities, large multi-academy trusts and other similar

organisations who wish to develop training based on relational

Adam Hayes is featured on The SENDCast

If you haven't already, be sure to listen to the recent episode of The SENDcast, where our Managing Director, Adam Hayes, joined host Dale Pickles to explore how relational, evidence-informed approaches can reshape behaviour policies in schools.

In the episode, Ensuring Behaviour Policy Closes the Gap, Adam and Dale share a refreshingly honest discussion about shifting away from punitive sanctions and building policies that focus on understanding unmet needs, promoting safety, and supporting genuine inclusion. It is a fantastic, practical listen for anyone looking to foster a positive, therapeutic culture within their setting.

Out and about - come and say hello!

It was fantastic to connect with so many of you at the TES SEND Show in London earlier this month. We loved chatting and sharing how settings are embedding Therapeutic Thinking.

Over the next couple of terms, our team will be out on the road exhibiting at several major conferences and shows, and we would love for you to drop by our stand to say hello, ask questions, or just catch up:

Whether you are already part of our Therapeutic Thinking network or are exploring a relational approach for your school or trust for the first time, please come by and meet the team. We look forward to seeing you there!
