We are about to wrap-up the semester and I know how hard so many of you have worked in order to complete this semester. I know you will rock finals! Make sure you study, sleep, and eat well before your exams - yes, even if they are online.

Civil rights icon Dr. Angela Davis will join Oxnard College virtually for a conversation about social justice issues from 5 p.m.-6:30 p.m., May 3. The event, titled “Empowering the Next Generation: A Conversation with Angela Davis,” is hosted by Oxnard College’s Associated Student Government. Students and community members are invited to attend this free event with the world-renowned political activist, educator, writer and professor.

Building Bridges: The Power of Us

UCI DREAM Center, SSI DREAM Scholars Program, SAFIRE, and Pre-Health Dreamers invite you to participate in our annual Rising Together, Thriving Together Conference. Our theme this year is Building Bridges: The Power of Us. We believe our immigrant community deserves a platform to be celebrated and uplifted.

Our event is a day-long conference for undocumented students. If you want to learn more about our first-year support program, professional development program, housing and research opportunities, and how to navigate a career in the health field this is the conference for YOU!

A Message from the Bookstore

Our bookstore will remain closed through Summer semester; however, we will have a window open to check in Spring textbook rentals and pick-up Summer online orders.

Due to COVID, each student that enters campus will need to be screened and given a wristband that will allow them to safely enter campus. We are telling students to allow an additional 10 minutes to screen and walk across campus.

Our Summer and Fall "online order" pick up and Spring "textbook rental" check in hours are as follows:

M-TH 9:00 am-4:00 pm

Friday Closed

We will have an open window for limited hours and prefer to be communicated via email at sm8099@bncollege.com. Students can email us to schedule times to visit the store outside of the specified hours above.
