Coordinators' Corner

April has arrived, and with it there is A LOT going on. April is always a very busy month, so hold on tight everyone! Junior and Senior students will be finishing up their Internal Assessments for their Diploma classes very soon (if they haven't already). Teachers will be cramming in the last bit of content and reviewing before IB Exams begin May 3rd. Music competitions, sports events, and of course the VERY important Senior celebrations are all happening as well.

We love our seniors, and we look forward to celebrating them and all that they've accomplished over their time here at Central. It's an important and special time of not only celebration, but also transition to the exciting time ahead of college or workforce. Seniors (and parents), take time to pat yourselves on the back--this is your time to shine!

TOK Exhibition

The Diploma Program Juniors will be showing off their TOK Knowledge in the annual IB Junior Exhibition on April 5th, during 3rd block, starting at 10:30 am. Visitors are welcome!

The Theory of Knowledge Exhibition allows students to demonstrate how TOK "manifests in the real world." Students examine how the skills and concepts from the TOK course have practical importance in their own knowledge and the world. Students explore a prompt through analysis of three specific objects linked to a course theme.

Attendees are invited to engage students about their learning!
