We lift up Jeff Carpenter and his family as they grieve the loss of Jeff's uncle after his battle with cancer.

Please join us in praying for Lori Godwin, who is asking for general prayers for health and wholeness.

We give thanks for another wonderful year of youth group and for the joy, friendships, and faith that were celebrated at our end-of-year party this past Wednesday. May God watch over our youth during the summer and bring them back to us refreshed and ready for a new season together.

Diane and Richard Williams invite the congregation to join them in prayer for Diane's friend Noreen, who is recovering from surgery on her back. May God grant her courage and quick healing.

Join us in sharing best wishes and a heartfelt thank you to a special member of our LAC family.

Pianist and LAC member, Ben Wein, has been a consistent part of LAC's worship service for many years. This Sunday will be Ben's last with us, as he will assume a new position as Music Director of the First Congregational Church in Williamstown, MA, where he currently studies. Ben will be missed, but we wish him well and thank him for his commitment and contribution to our Worship service over the years.

Scottish Minister to Lead Worship in July

Drumclog Memorial Kirk in Scotland

This summer, during the month of July, LAC will welcome the Rev. Calum Stark, a minister from the Church of Scotland, to preach and lead worship here in Larchmont. While he and his family are here with us, Rev. Bynum will be leading worship in the two congregations that Rev. Stark serves in Scotland: the Avendale Old Church in Strathaven and the Memorial Kirk in Drumclog (click here for more information).

Through this “pulpit exchange,” all three of the congregations will get to hear the Word proclaimed in a new voice, make new friends from “across the pond,” and celebrate our common theological heritage in the Reformed tradition. Each week, Rev. Bynum will be sharing his experience in the Scottish parishes through videos and social media.

Please be sure to join us on Sunday, July 12th for a special coffee hour celebration following Worship.
