Our community didn't pause.
Neither did we.

A message from our foundation

Dear Friends of Chula Vista,

We want to speak to you honestly. Like any organization tied to public safety, we've felt the weight of a difficult season — one shaped by community debate, shifting headlines, and uncertainty about where support should go.

But here's what we know to be true: the children in our youth programs still show up. The officers who rely on foundation-funded equipment still respond to your calls. The families we serve haven't gone anywhere. And neither have we.

The Chula Vista Police Foundation is an independent nonprofit. We do not govern the department. We do not set policy. We exist for one reason: to fund programs and resources that the city budget simply cannot cover — and to bridge the gap between what our officers and community need, and what they actually have.
