MicroSupport Axis Pro Micromanipulator for Micro Sample Handling

The MicroSupport AxisPro is a benchtop micromanipulator incorporating a zoom microscope, motorized XYZ stage, and two motorized manipulation arms for precise handling of microscopic samples and objects.

Applications include micro-sample handling, particle isolation, electrical probing, and failure analysis, with interchangeable tools available for specific microsampling tasks. Large wafer handling available as well.

D-MARK is a marking system for tabletop analytical samples. Marking is performed with a diamond-tipped probe, so sample damage is smaller than with a laser marker, and automatic marking is confirmed through the objective lens.
