California State law requires supervisory employees complete two hours of interactive sexual harassment training at least every two years. Employers must take workplace harassment prevention seriously to reduce the risk of lawsuits, agency charges and penalties, and other fallout. Not only is this training required, but it is one of the most effective ways to stopping discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct in the workplace.
This workshop fulfils the state requirement, and provides a comprehensive overview of an employer’s responsibilities in the resurgent and expanding field of sexual harassment.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of the virtual workshop.

The workshop will discuss:

  • What the law requires (California Assembly Bill 1825).
  • The kinds of behavior and conduct that constitute sexual harassment.

  • Trends impacting the workplace.
  • How you can strive to ensure a safe and inclusive working environment.
