Crawfish Monica! One of the most popular New Orleans Jazz Fest Classics... crawfish sautéed in an Etouffee style sauce. Served with garlic and mushrooms and finished with a splash of cream and cognac; tossed with eggplant croutons and Fettuccini.

Blueberry-Lemon Cheesecake

Extra creamy, homemade, lemon cheesecake with fresh blueberries. Toasted pecan & vanilla wafer crust – topped with a thin layer of lemon sour cream. Finished with fresh blueberries, lemon zest, and a drizzle of strawberry coulis.
