Sea Pines Community Center to Reopen Monday, May 24th The Sea Pines CSA Community Center located at 71 Lighthouse Road Suite #120, will reopen on Monday, May 24, 2021, with operating hours Monday- Friday from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Click here for more information about the Community Center.

Memorial Day Hours for the Sea Pines CSA Admin Office, ARB & Sea Pines Community Center

Friday, May 28: Closing at 2:00 PM Monday, May 31: Closed Tuesday, June 1: Returning to normal business hours All other CSA offices will remain under normal operating hours.

Sea Pines Trolley Service Update The trolley service to the Blue and Green Lines will operate with the following service times from May 24 - September 6: Blue Line: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM Green Line: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM   Due to driver availability, the Red Line will operate on a modified schedule next week with the following service times: Red Line: Friday, May 28th - Monday, May 31st from 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM Additional updates on Red Line operations and times will be provided next week. Reminder- Face Coverings Required to Ride Sea Pines Trolley All passengers and trolley drivers are required to wear face coverings when aboard the trolley. Refusal to wear a mask or face covering or acting in an unsafe manner will result in denial of entry or expulsion from this service. Roadway Repairs Around the Community Continue Roadway repairs are scheduled to continue through Friday, May 21st, weather permitting, along Lawton Road, South Plantation Drive, South Sea Pines Drive/Audubon Drive, North Sea Pines Drive/Green Heron Road Flagmen will be present to assist with traffic flow Delays may occur, drivers are asked to proceed with caution

Mosquito Control Program to Resume 5.24.21 Sea Pines Community Services Associates monitors mosquito populations and compares data with pre-established thresholds for treatment. The Sea Pines CSA Maintenance Department implements an adulticide spraying program that is conducted at night on an as-needed basis through September.

Successful Community Blood Drive Held 5.14.21 We want to thank the community for a successful blood drive. There were 24 donations collected at the event held on May, 14, 2021. The Sea Pines community helped save up to 72 lives and we couldn’t have done it without YOU! We are looking forward to hosting our next community blood drive in October.
