Dear NPEA Members and Friends in Education:

Next week, please join us for a (free for NPEA members!) Consulting Conversation featuring education consultant Will Torres.

Seeking Alignment: Balancing Institutional Priorities with Core Values and Identity

Tuesday, October 7, 1:00-2:00pm ET

Featuring Will Torres

Working in education usually means that your personal values align well with the mission of the institution that employs you. What do you do when your personal identity and the efforts of your institution do not align?

In this session, Will Torres will walk us through some of the ways that we can address misalignment and center your personal values while still being productive in your work.

We look forward to seeing you there!

Best,

The NPEA Team
