MY LIVED EXPERIENCE As A Jew
Follow-up
Thanks to those of you who called, wrote and offered support after the Sept. Newsletter. Thanks also to my fellow Jews who told me their experiences and what that did to them.
Some of you asked for the name of the movie I spoke about in the article;
Bearing Witness To The Oct. 7 Massacre
It is currently only available for private showings or on You Tube.

Finally the Data I Wanted to See
In August, 2026 data was released that showed that companies, like Costco, that kept their DEI initiatives lost no money by doing that and even made more money!
Yes you are hearing me right! No matter what your company or the current government want you to believe, companies that kept thier
DEI committments did just as well financially and moved ahead as well.
So friends what have we learned here?? Don't give up your DEI committments folks! That's what we have learned.
The study was done by Professor Jacob Grumbach at Berkley. He analyzed how S&P 500 companies fared after Trump's January Executive order. He used what economists use; Abnormal Returns,
the difference between how stock was expected to perform versus how it actually performed. In fact in days after the Executive order banning DEI was signed companies that kept their DEI programs actually saw a stock bump!
So given this hard data will companies return to their prior DEI programs?? I bet not. See I believe the companies that ditched their committment were either running scared or wanted to get rid of them anyway and this was their excuse.
In any case we now have Data so all your companies should be happy!
What do you think?
