Central Oregon Real Estate Inventory
Residential inventory in Central Oregon remains at levels favoring sellers. Typically, spring brings more homes to the market as sellers anticipate a strong selling season. This spring is sure to be the same, except nobody knows how many homes will be listed. More inventory will likely not be enough to support the influx of buyers, and multiple offers are becoming more commonplace. For buyers, having your financing in place and being positioned to write an offer at a moment's notice is paramount. These dynamics play well for anyone interested in selling their home, and conversely, make buying property challenging. How can I help you accomplish your goals?

Central Oregon Winter (almost)
Winter isn't always predictable, and this year is proving that to be true. Spring-like weather has dominated the scene with temperatures exceeding 60 degrees in downtown Bend on Tuesday. It is far too early to count snow out of our forecast yet, but without question, this has been a mild winter in Central Oregon. Several acquaintances are playing golf at River's Edge in Bend, another played Brasada Ranch , and Juniper is reportedly playing great! Mountain biking on the lower Phil's trail is accessible, as well as Horse Butte and Horse Ridge . It isn't every year you can ski, cycle, and golf on the same day in February in Central Oregon. Being a skier, I am still praying for more snow! I took the picture at the top of this email at Crux Brewery , and the image directly above was taken from Harper's Bridge at the Deschutes River in Sunriver.
