Zoom Video Conferencing Software | Update Available
Zoom has released their newest revision of software, which will require all users to update before May 30. Previous versions will stop working after this date.
The holdback clause should direct the seller's lawyer to hold back a specific amount of money if repairs to be completed (as outlined in the APS or Amendment to APS) are not done prior to closing. The holdback funds are "to be used by the buyer to pay to remedy the deficiencies, with any balance of funds after payment for the rectification to be released back to the seller."
