Yael Vias Gvirsman is the founder and CEO of October 7 Justice Without Borders. The first Israeli woman to represent clients in the Hague, she is a leading expert in international criminal and international humanitarian law, with 20 years of litigation experience representing victims of crimes against humanity worldwide. Yael is a graduate of the Humanitarian Department at the UN Secretariat in New York, the International Law Department at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Attorney’s Office, and the International Affairs Department at the State Attorney’s Office. She is also the founding director of the International Criminal and Humanitarian Law Clinic at Reichmann University.
